• Support customers with policy updates, billing questions, and claims information.

• Prior experience in a call center, insurance, or customer service role is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have access to strong, stable wifi at home.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in working with software and CRM systems (training provided).
