Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our client's team! The Teller will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while performing a variety of financial transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine banking transactions
Maintain and balance cash drawer daily, ensuring accurate record-keeping
Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services or team members
Uphold all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services as appropriate
Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer and bank information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cash handling, customer service, or retail experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and basic banking systems
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$14-15/hr DOE
