Call Center Representative (FNT)

Fusion BPO Services is seeking Full Time Customer Service Agent to support first responders who are crucial to maintaining public safety.

This network is dedicated to public safety and for their exclusive use. This private network is designed to cut through the clutter of commercial traffic and allow secure and reliable wireless communication.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be highly reliable and able to work schedule consistently
• Ability to multi-task while receiving inbound calls
• Work in a secure and paperless environment
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to speak clearly with good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to record relevant information correctly and completely.
• Must type 30 WPM
• Experience navigating CRM and billing systems
