Business Development Manager (Marine Corps Accounts)
Location: Quantico, VA & Washington, DC
Compensation: $110,000 - $160,000
Clearance: Secret (Preferred)
Ideal for: Retired Marine Corps Officers, Senior Enlisted Leaders, or Civil Servants with MARCORSYSCOM experience

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with military and government customers in Quantico and Washington, DC.
- Identify new business opportunities within MARCORSYSCOM programs and end users.
- Drive short- and long-term program sales, leveraging TLS and other contracts.
- Collaborate with industrial partners to provide cutting-edge solutions for warfighters.
- Solve problems creatively and become a trusted resource for Marine Corps technology and training needs.
What You Bring:
- Prior leadership experience as a Marine Corps Officer (O-4/O-5), Senior Enlisted (E-9), or Civil Servant.
- In-depth knowledge of MARCORSYSCOM, PMOs, PEOs, and military procurement processes.
- Experience in technology integration, ISR, training simulation, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Two to five years of experience in military or government sales (preferred).
- DAU Level II Program Manager certification (preferred).
