Job Description

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Planning Analyst (RUN) with expertise in supporting SAP planning solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Planning operations, ensuring the seamless performance of critical planning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionalities, and drive process improvements.

What you will be doing:

• Provide expert-level operational support for SAP S/4HANA Planning solutions, addressing any issues that impact daily planning activities.
• Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of system performance issues to ensure the stability and efficiency of SAP planning processes.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical solutions that enhance the functionality of SAP S/4HANA Planning.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP S/4HANA Planning with other modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and external systems.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, enhancements, and operational processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring full adoption of SAP S/4HANA Planning tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in SAP planning modules (e.g., SAP IBP, PP, or S/4HANA Planning), with a strong focus on operational support.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Planning processes, functionalities, and integrations with other SAP modules.
• Proven experience in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and providing high-level support for complex planning systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Experience in SAP system upgrades, enhancement projects, and maintaining system stability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business teams.
