ZT Group Int’l Inc. dba ZT Systems seeks a Senior Production Planning Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.Duties : Communicate with manufacturing schedule and planning team on the material status. Review demand versus supply to ensure healthy supply plan. Understand root causes for shortages and drive actions to recover quickly. Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the team to drive the most cost-effective plan. Analyze aging inventory from monthly report and provide guidelines for the Production team to take reasonable actions. Revise delivery schedules according to the status of production materials, provide different solutions to customer to meet the targets.The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Production Planning, Logistics or related field plus 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Production Planning Analyst, ERP Inventory Control Planner, Logistics Analyst, or related role. Alternatively employer will accept a Master's degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Production Planning, Logistics or related field plus any amount of experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Production Planning Analyst, ERP Inventory Control Planner, Logistics Analyst, or related role.Requires any amount of experience with the following skills :
- Production scheduling;
- Materials planning;
- Shipment schedule planning;
- Forecast planning;
- Risk assessment; and
- Aging goods analyzing.
