Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding patient care by providing preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Participate in continuing education to develop your full potential and enhance your clinical skills
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians and patient advocates to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practices in patient care
Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in Maryland and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience:
- 4 years of clinical experience required
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
