Lead the analysis and solution design phases of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Ensure that the development team adheres to agile principles and best practices.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any issues.
Maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and test plans.
