Job Description (On Site - Stuart, Florida)
Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a highly-skilled, deep-thinking Marketing Manger / Director who can not only generate high-level strategy but also execute it flawlessly. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive growth through both new client acquisition and retention by creating compelling campaigns, managing paid Meta ad programs, managing SEO, and leveraging multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and coordinating events as well has arranging speaking opportunities for the company’s CEO.
You’ll play a key, working directly with the CEO on a daily basis in our office in Stuart Florida. You role will be assisting in setting up strategic marketing campaigns, driving customer engagement, and communicating with existing clients to increase retention and brand loyalty. Your goal is to help Fusion remain at the forefront of our industry, delivering measurable results across the board.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and increase retention.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve our online presence and organic search rankings.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and others.
- Craft content that resonates with both new prospects and existing clients to maintain engagement and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing strategies based on performance data and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing goals with company objectives.
- Work autonomously and execute high-quality work under minimal supervision.
