Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from business, IT, marketing, and operations to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to support design, development, and QA teams.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring solutions meet business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and user story grooming.
- Support initiatives related to eCommerce, loyalty programs, booking engines, and mobile applications.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from discovery through deployment.
- Assist QA with test case development and UAT planning to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product environments.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms, booking engines, and/or loyalty systems.
- Prior experience supporting casino, hospitality, or travel industry clients is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile-first product development and guest-facing technology solutions.
- Strong documentation skills including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
