Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership
- Lead the full lifecycle of Workday implementation projects, from planning and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- System Configuration & Optimization
- Configure and customize Workday modules to meet specific business needs across HR, Talent, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting system adoption and proficiency.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Post-Implementation Support
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and reliability.
- Stay current with Workday updates and best practices, implementing necessary changes to maintain system efficacy.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes and best practices.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and testing methodologies.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience in large-scale system implementations and change management.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
