As a Workday Analyst specializing in Workday Production Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, availability, and optimal performance of the Workday system within the organization. You will provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth HR, Payroll and Finance operations.

- Serve as the initial point of contact for Workday-related production issues and user support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner ensuring minimal disruption to HR and Payroll Operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reported issues, their resolutions, and associated knowledge base articles.
- Responsible for supporting Workday across multiple modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Workday Security), including design and testing of enhancements and ongoing system maintenance
- Design, configure, test and implement Workday business processes or security changes and troubleshoot and correct issues when they arise.
- Support data audits and reporting requirements to meet internal and external compliance standards.
- Participate in change management processes, including system testing, release management, and post-implementation validation.
- Monitor data quality, identify and resolve discrepancies, and implement data correction processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Assists with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to create mass data uploads for transactions based on in-depth understanding of the EIB functionality in Workday.
- Effectively uses logic as a problem-solving tool.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
- BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience is required
- At least two (2) years of Workday configuration experience in Workday HCM or Workday Payroll
- Experience in a time tracking system, such as Kronos
- Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational / time management skills, and must be detailed oriented
- Ability to collaborate in virtual/remote environments
- Strong process improvement knowledge is required
- Familiarity with payroll and other HR policies and procedures
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
- Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) is preferred.

- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
- The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000/annual.
