The Director IT provides IT Operations, Systems, and Network Administration leadership across all business lines and works with the VP of IT to define and execute the strategic IT plan, encompassing connectivity, security, infrastructure, operations, C-Store applications, and enabling business information systems for a growing organization approaching 100 locations.

The Director IT provides IT Operations, Systems, and Network Administration leadership across all business lines and works with the VP of IT to define and execute the strategic IT plan, encompassing connectivity, security, infrastructure, operations, C-Store applications, and enabling business information systems for a growing organization approaching 100 locations.
Essential Requirements:
- IT Operations leadership, organizational skills, communications and drive for operational excellence, acquired over a career spanning 10 years, or equivalent.
- Advanced subject matter expertise across Systems, Network Administration, and virtual infrastructure solutions, telecommunications, vendor management, compliance, and user support and training.
- Proven experience designing and implementing best practice IT, Systems, and Network Administration programs to deliver business solutions and achieve annual results.
- Drives process improvement to deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable growth.
- Intermediate understanding and application of cybersecurity principles, policies, and processes.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, engagement, coaching and mentoring, influence, performance management, partnership and career development for self, peers, and a team of salaried and hourly professionals.
- Ability to collaborate with peers across internal business operations.
- Sound business judgment and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, enterprise storage systems.
- Advanced strategic development, business analytics, and leadership experience.
- MS in Information Technology and/or a related industry certifications.
