- Dates : January 20, 2025- open dates through July 2025
- Schedule : minimum 1 week / month 8hr shift M-F, 7a -3p, call is not required but can accomodate if provider wants to take call
- 255 hospital beds
- Support Staff : 4 MDs, 5 CRNAs
- EMR : Cerner
- Certifications : IA license (willing to wait for license), BC, TEEs
- Credentialing : 4-6 weeks
