Credentialing Requirements :

Hospital Details :

Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital

ORs : 13; Endoscopy Suites : 5; ASC : 2 (10 miles from main hospital)

EMR : Epic

Monthly Cases : 1,200 (mostly general / bread and butter cases, limited heads and hearts)

Trauma : 700 per year (mostly blunt force / agricultural accidents)

Pediatric Cases : Minimal, typically tubes and tonsils; some older children for orthopedics or appendectomy.

Notes :

No CRNAs currently utilized.

Call coverage includes weekend and overnight shifts, details pending client confirmation.
