Nursing Healthcare Recruiter (Des Moines)

Overview

Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for Healthcare Recruiters to join our Nursing Sales team. As a recruiter, you will spend your day making connections with, and advocating on behalf of, your travelers. You will be the primary point of contact between Fusion and the travelers that work for you, reviewing resumes, submitting to open jobs in the market and recruiting the best candidates based upon the needs of the client.

Start Date : January 20, 2025

Essential Functions

• Attract, hire, and retain travelers
• Qualify candidate to job order
• Provide customer service to our travelers with ethics and integrity
• Utilize strong communication skills to work with client managers
• Utilize time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk
• Meet department call number expectations
• Develop knowledge of database and other recruiting tools
• Develop recruiting strategies and create goals

This position operates as a hybrid position and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Work environment defined :

While our corporate office is located in Omaha, NE, this position requires the employee to live in the Des Moines Metropolitan area. The majority of the position will be remote (work from home) with required monthly in-person work days in Des Moines (estimated 2-4 days per month)

Position Type / Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. CST (flexible start / end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required

Compensation

Pay : 45,000 - 250,000 USD
