- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Utilize HR sourcing tools such as Taleo and HRIS for candidate tracking
- Engage in technical recruiting for specialized healthcare positions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for candidate relationship management
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Taleo and HRIS
- Experience in technical recruiting for healthcare roles is a plus
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques
- Excellent relationship management abilities
