Overview
Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team and be a key subject matter expert for the operations of the HRIS applications within Fusion Medical Staffing and other business units. You will be highly involved in the design and optimization of the HRIS landscape, creating efficiencies, and providing support to all employees.

Essential Functions
- Act as lead for escalated support requests for Fusion's HR systems, including the primary enterprise tool - Workday.
- Provide production support, including researching and resolving moderately to highly complex problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Serve as subject matter expert for HR system integrations; act as the lead for any new integrations and for the maintenance or updates to existing integrations.
- Partner with functional leads to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes.
- Serve as leader on cross functional teams to continually identify HR business process improvement opportunities based on organizational needs and objections; take the lead on the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of updates.
- Perform post-implementation reviews of application and business process releases to ensure quality control and identify future process improvements.
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data, maintaining internal database files, tables, codes, and backup files.
- Generate reports / queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Serve as a lead player in the planning, configuration, testing, change management, and post-production support of new HR systems, modules and upgrades.
- Involved in the training delivery and knowledge sharing, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train users and functional leaders on new processes / functionality.
- Support the security of systems and data through the maintenance of security roles, and conducts annual audits.
- Maintain awareness of Workday product and service development in order to provide recommendations and participate in the deployment of new releases.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications, and provides recommendations in discussions regarding HRIS strategic planning.
- Other duties as assigned to support the success of Fusion's HRIS landscape.

This is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. CST (flexible start / end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required
