Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
1-week onsite 1-week remote alternating for the duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
- Support automation systems and controls in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems using Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Develop and configure HMI applications using InTouch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with GMP standards.
- Contribute to the commissioning, qualification, and validation of automation systems.
- Provide technical support for on-site equipment and process automation during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proficient with Rockwell Automation, Studio 5000, and InTouch HMI software.
- Prior experience working in Fill Finish or aseptic processing environments.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and automation documentation practices.
