Job Title: Epic Clinical Project Manager
Location : Raleigh-Durham, NC (Hybrid)
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must hold an active Epic certification in at least one Clinical Inpatient or Ambulatory application.

Scope of Work:
This is a senior-level role to lead the planning and implementation of the clinical portion of a statewide Epic EHR rollout, transitioning from legacy systems. You'll work closely with internal DHHS leadership, other EHR PMs, vendors, and technical/business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
- Epic Clinical Certification – Inpatient or Ambulatory
- 5 years of experience on clinical EHR/IT projects
- 7 years in IT project management (MS Project proficiency required)
- Experience with legacy system replacement, data conversion, and rollout planning
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, and communication
- PMP Certification – Highly preferred
- State Government project experience – Preferred
