Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's amenities and services.
- Manage phone systems to answer calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with guest services and resort environments is a plus.
