We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Provide customer service to visitors and clients.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
