Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a long term care facility in Fairfield, Maine. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to residents of the long term care facility
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maine
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long term care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment (up to 100 pounds)
