Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care and assists with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Collects patient data and documents nursing history and physical assessment
- Administers medications according to established protocols and guidelines
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements and Qualifications
- One to three years' experience as an LPN preferred
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
