Job Summary
We're currently seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care preferred
- Valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) is preferred
