- active RN license in CA or compact state licensure
- minimum 2 years of recent critical care / ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS (required); CCRN (preferred)
- proficiency with EPIC electronic medical health records
- Intra-aortic Balloon Pump certification (preferred)
- strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
