We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team as a Travel LPN. As a member of our team, you will provide essential bedside care to patients during a 13-week assignment, delivering personal hygiene assistance and maintaining medical records in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Collections patient's health information and documents nursing history and physical assessment.
- Administers medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice.
- Maintains patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicates appropriately to supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status.
