Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment at a reputable facility in Catonsville, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient care and coordinate with other members of the healthcare team
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
• Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including adequate stock of supplies
• Transport patients as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• One to three years of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
• Current OT license and BLS certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
