Responsibilities
The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as charting and scheduling.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- One to three years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.
- Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- A valid PTA license.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think critically and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
