- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive laboratory services
- Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain laboratory standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- One to three years of experience as a Laboratory Scientist preferred
- ASCP MLS certification or equivalent required
- Valid medical technologist license in the state where practicing
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
