We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment while making a positive impact on patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Varied nursing experience depending on setting is required
