You'll be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicating effectively with families and caregivers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid RN license in the state where you'll be practicing.
- BLS certification.
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in step-down or intermediate care nursing.
