Position Summary: A Registered Nurse - Case Manager Is Required for a 13-Week Travel Assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate and Collaborate with Physicians and Other Healthcare Professionals. Provide and Coordinate Patient Care with Other Members of the Healthcare Team. Monitor Patients' Responses to Interventions and Report Outcomes. Administer Medications as Ordered with Appropriate Documentation. Maintain Cleanliness of Rooms and Adequate Stock of Supplies. Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
Requirements: One to Three Years Experience as a Registered Nurse Preferred. Valid RN License in the State Where They Will Be Practicing, BLS Certification, and Case Management Certification (RN-BC) Are Required.
