Fusion Optix, a rapidly growing manufacturing company in Woburn, MA, is a leader in advanced LED lighting technologies. We are seeking proactive and talented operators to join our LED production team. In this role, you will operate SMT "pick and place" equipment, stencil printers, and manage the reflow process in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
About the Role
Position : SMT / PCB Equipment Technician / Operator (1st Shift)
Responsibilities :
- Operate SMT / PCB production equipment, including pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens.
- Perform quality control and final testing of assembled PCBs.
- Contribute to process and equipment improvement programs in collaboration with management and production engineering.
- Review work orders, specifications, and drawings for accuracy before production.
- Support quality control procedures using test and measurement equipment (training provided).
- Collaborate with other operators and technicians to reduce waste and implement Lean manufacturing techniques.
- Assist the team in meeting tight production deadlines.
