Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Woburn, MA. In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of key business data, including customer sales orders, vendor invoices, credit card statements, and other financial records . You will also support the smooth operation of business processes, working closely with our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Rootstock, QuickBooks) systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys optimizing workflows, and is passionate about driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Entry & Management
- Accurately enter and maintain customer sales orders, vendor invoices, credit card statements, and expense reports in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Rootstock, QuickBooks).
- Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Resolve data discrepancies by liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain well-organized records of all data, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
