Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take the lead on quick-turn quotations and accurate order entry. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of our sales, customer services, and operations teams—helping turn complex lighting requests into timely, correct orders. You’ll work primarily in Salesforce (CRM) and Rootstock (ERP), so familiarity with these platforms—or a strong aptitude to learn them quickly—is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely project quotations using tools integrated with Salesforce
- Review lighting schedules, architectural drawings, and agent requests to configure bill-of-materials
- Enter and validate sales orders in Rootstock, ensuring alignment with approved quotes, lead times, and pricing
- Communicate directly with sales reps and customers to clarify specs and confirm details
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to confirm feasibility and delivery timelines
- Track and manage quote/order status through Salesforce dashboards and Rootstock workflows
- Flag and escalate issues affecting pricing, lead times, or technical feasibility
- Support ongoing improvements to quoting and order workflows across systems and teams
- 2 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or order management in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Rootstock ERP strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with architectural lighting products, construction schedules, or project-based quoting a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
