Fusion Orthopedics USA is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain management and ensure the timely delivery of surgical trays to our valued stakeholders and hospitals nationwide.
Responsibilities:
· Interface with distributors via phone and email to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
· Take ownership of surgical tray demand fulfillment, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the order processing, and excellent stakeholder satisfaction rates.
· Utilize internal order organization tools to record and track orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
· Coordinate closely with distributors to allocate inventory effectively across the nation, ensuring fulfillment of demand and optimizing inventory levels.
· Record inventory movements accurately and enter data in the inventory management system to maintain up-to-date and reliable records.
· Monitor and track the shipping status of all orders, report to the demand manager daily to provide regular status reports and address any potential delays or issues.
· Assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of surgical trays as needed to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
· Additional tasks as needed, based on team requirements.
Requirements:
· College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience in supply chain coordination, order management, or a similar role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with distributors and stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including order management tools, inventory management systems, and MS Office Suite.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in recording and analyzing data.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
· Physical capability to lift and move surgical trays or shipments weighing up to 30 lbs. during the picking and packing process.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, as required in a dynamic supply chain environment.
· Possession of a valid driver's license.
