Fusion Sign and Design is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Pre-Press Graphic Designer to join our Casa Grande, AZ facility.
Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company with 9 offices located throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado & Oklahoma. Our Casa Grande, AZ office has a great career opportunity for someone with Pre-Press graphic design experience and a “Can-Do” attitude. The ideal candidate will be fast, effective, and efficient; one who is always willing to go the extra mile for our customers. The gifted person to fill this position will be familiar with large format printing, color matching, ADA Compliant signage, proofing, have a strong work ethic and hold a “Can-Do” attitude, even under stress. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Pre-Press for large format solvent, latex, and 3D ADA Compliant signage
- Knowledge of vinyl plotters
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Onyx Rip Software
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CAD tools
- Must be familiar with print base designs, monument signs, various types of marketing and sales collateral/signs.
- Engineering experience is a must, but not mandatory.
- Display pride in work and a determination to finish the job.
- Show a clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
- Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner and with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills,
- Eye for detail.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with deadlines.
- Scheduling flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Experience in the sign industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 7am – 3:30pm
Pay: $18 - $22 DOE
