About the Inside Sales position
Inside Sales / Customer Service Professional - Electronic Components
The Fusion Sourcing Group, Inc. (www.fusionsourcing.com), an electronic components manufacturers’ representative serving the Northeast United States and Canada, is seeking candidates for a position in inside sales and customer service, working with electronic OEMs and distributors.
This position can be located in any of the two (2) Fusion offices (Edison, NJ; Ithaca, NY); or can be from a home-based office in Fusion territories for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Update and manage CRM system
· Day to Day Order Management – including order entry, tracking, and expediting
· Processing quotes, sample requests, registrations and other business documents
· Working with outside sales in building relationships with customers
· Handling general inquiries, lead follow up
· Interface with Manufacturers CRM systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with the use of CRM software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask as well as work independently
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills and processes
- Self-Starter, Entrepreneurial Attitude
- 1 to 2 years preferred sales or customer service experience
- Team oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic
The following additional qualifications would also be a benefit:
- Experience working with social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes, SAP, Salesforce.com
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
This is a salaried position with income growth potential through bonus’ and commissions. The compensation package, commensurate with experience, includes:
