What are the responsibilities and job description for the Innovation Center Assistant position at Fusion Tech Integrated Inc.?
Assist the Innovation Center Manager in day-to-day operations including but not limited to sausage making, product research and development, bacon and ham processing, slicing of meat products, packaging, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and Innovation Center. As well as, quality control procedures, HACCP procedures, and helping with daily record keeping.
Qualities:
· Organized and detail orientated
· Able to lift upwards of 60 pounds
· Possesses a desire to learn and think outside of the box
· Some knowledge of meat processing or the meat industry, but not required
· Desire to create quality meat products and create a safe and wholesome product for the consumer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
