The Patient Services Specialist will primarily focus on coordinating patient services, managing appointments, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients. The Patient Services Coordinator will be the point of contact for patients, assisting them through the process of receiving care and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

- Opening Duties
- Taking Payments
- Welcome Emails
Parent/Patient Communication:

Phone Calls
- Manage incoming communication via text
- Transfer calls or take messages when needed
Audits:
- Patient alert audits for accuracy
- Appt Audits: Weekly- Preset, location, recurring visits are ongoing, patient alerts, allergies (monthly)

Requirements:- At least 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, specifically in patient services or administrative roles.
- Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both clinical and administrative teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling scheduling, patient information, and prior authorizations.
- Foster effective communication between clinical staff, administrative teams, and patients to streamline operations and improve the patient experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that patients’ needs are met and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
