We are an integrated third-party logistics company, with a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business. We currently operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing.

How You Will Make an Impact :
- Heavy calendaring : Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts while ensuring optimal time management.
- Email and Correspondence Management : Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Exercise good judgment in determining the appropriate actions and responses.
- Meeting Preparation : Prepare the CEO for meetings by gathering and organizing relevant materials, conducting research, and creating presentation slides or reports. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared and equipped with all necessary information.
- Gatekeeping : Act as a gatekeeper, filtering and managing access to the CEO's time and attention. Determine which requests, meetings, and communications are priorities and redirect or handle them accordingly.
- Board Meeting Support : Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
- Travel Arrangements : Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistics. Anticipate and resolve any issues or changes that may arise during travel.
- Project Management : Support the CEO in managing various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and facilitate communication.
- Proactive Assistance : Take initiative in identifying areas where support is needed, anticipating needs, and providing solutions. Stay two steps ahead of the CEO to facilitate efficient decision-making and execution.
- Business Partnership : Develop a deep understanding of the CEO's priorities, goals, and the overall business. Act as a true business partner, offering insights and suggestions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
