We are seeking an Entry-Level Transportation Engineer to join our Transportation Department in Williston, VT and work as a member of a team on a variety of projects focusing on roadway and traffic design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of transportation systems, such as roadways, intersections, bike paths, and public transit infrastructure.
- Perform traffic studies, collect data, and analyze results using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including urban planners, architects, and environmental scientists.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
