You will work closely with partners on court appearances, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and participating in client meetings. There’s also an opportunity to work on real estate transactions, tax assessment appeals, and estate planning based on your interests. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and litigate cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- Participate in case strategy development with partners.
- Assist with real estate transactions, tax assessment appeals, and estate planning as needed.
- Maintain high standards of legal work and client service.
