We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a highly respected NYC and Long Island-based personal injury defense law firm! Our team is looking for a full-time Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of experience in general civil litigation liability defense.

- Lake Success, Long Island or NYC office (occasional travel to Long Island and potential for partial remote work)
Key Qualifications:
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience with client communications, court appearances, discovery management, depositions, and drafting motions (pre-answer, discovery, dispositive)
- Ability to manage a significant caseload independently and collaboratively
- Interest in fast-paced practice areas, including cases under the Child Victims’ Act (CVA), Adult Survivors Act, and Gender Motivated Violence
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Family Law, Sexual Abuse/Neglect, Criminal Law, or motion practice/appeals
- Applicants transitioning from plaintiff-side to defense work are encouraged to apply!
Requirements:
- Must be admitted to practice in New York
