Job Description : Contract Specialist (LTA Focal)
This position is for an experienced Contract Specialist (LTA Focal) role to join a growing aerospace team with L&T Technology Services (LTTS). As an important part of the Supply Chain team here at LTTS, you will actively be providing critical value to our customers by helping to ensure customer expectations are met.
This is a position located at the LTTS Windsor site, at times the client's site in Windsor Locks, CT, and possible at times work from home.
The Contract Specialist LTA Focal is responsible for providing for collecting data, managing standards and SAP LTA implementations. This includes driving value through advanced data analysis, stakeholder coordination, utilization of integrated system tools, and relationship building with global suppliers.

Leading data-driven contract management practices to optimize cost, quality, and deliveryManaging cross-functional teams through complex RFP processesImplementing change management strategies across business unitsBuilding and sustaining win-win partnerships with suppliersEnsuring adherence to exacting aerospace quality standards and cost targetsConduct day-to-day contract administrationNegotiate and manage long term agreements adhering to company policiesAnalyze terms and conditions, interpret requirementsEnsure contract compliancePrepare teaming agreements and contractual documentsSupport management reviews and program reviewsBasic Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline3 years experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract managementExpertise analyzing contracts and managing negotiationsData analysis, modeling, and benchmarking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh degree of ethics, integrity, and attention to detailSAP Experience is a must1 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365Must be a US Citizen / US PersonPreferred Qualifications :
Six Sigma trained, Green Belt or Black Belt3-5 years of experience within aerospace industryPrior experience optimizing LTAs or outsourcing contractsChange management expertiseKnowledge of FAR and DFARSExperience with different contract typesAn ability to work independently without day-to-say supervisionAn alignment with LTTS company values, including : Being Purposeful, Ethics & Integrity, Caring, A Culture of Learning, and Results with Accountability.
