Job Description :
- Must have 7 years of relevant experience
- Tool Designer - Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support
- Design & Implement Product Test tooling / Fixtures.
- Design & Implement weld tooling / Fixtures.
- Process planning.
- Material handling equipment design.
- Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process.
- Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost.
- Systematic layout planning, production planning & control.
- Lean implementation.
- Racking system design for material stack up.
- Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
- Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
- Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
- Design of Quality checking gauges.
- Complete ECN work support.
- Material flow and standardization process support.
- Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
- Vendor engagement / Offshore team co-ordination for project requirements.
- Supporting the continuous improvement process.
- 5S line support for line implementation.
