Inviting applications for the role of Technical Project Manager
- Drive Technical Projects at enterprise environment
- Good working experience for Rally tools, ensuring smooth coverage and sustenance of tool
- Drive multiple parallel implementations and / or improvement
- Configuration skills of Reports - Rally. Maintain dashboards and data within the tools by working with the Developer teams.
- Coordinates with Developer Teams across task orders and overall program to synchronize planning and activities
- Partner with Release engineers to update releases, iterations and to make other changes
- Take an active part in promoting an Agile culture across the organization
- Outstanding drive, good social skills and the ability to communicate reliably, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately supply in a team environment
- Focus towards improving the efficiency of the development team and facilitate team members for better creativity. Remove all impediments as they arise. Schedule and arranged daily meetings, demos, decision-making processes, and retrospective meetings. Assist a product owner to maintain product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next Sprint.
- Responsible for end-to-end configuration & delivering projects, providing reports and dashboards with various development teams & leadership.
- Responsible for the Project management tool strategy, roadmap and execution plan, data quality.
- Responsible for analyzing, implementing, testing, and / or supporting technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team focused on over-delivering to the customer's expectations.
- Work across businesses and drive improvement initiatives - identify easy opportunities, assimilate standard methodologies and help speed up implementation of the same in accounts.
- Participates in developments within teams, promotes the values of Developer tools : collaboration with our users, adaptability to change, quality of product software and efficiency of interactions between the different actors
- Participating and driving the testing process including defining and executing unit tests, supporting QA team with the development of integration and regression tests.
- Executive communication and presentation skills.
