Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve operational efficiencies for overall strategic goals and to ensure processes are planned, implemented and sustained.
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines in varying industries
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide coordination and management for outside teams
• Coordinate and run calls and meetings, set agendas and schedules
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met
• Integrating pre-developed software systems in our business.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in ACE industry in architecture, construction and/or design is a plus but not required
• Strong project management skills, that can motivate and coordinate individuals and groups
• A Go Getter with strong ability to produce actionable results
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Possessing technical qualities in setting agendas and schedules in various industries based on project type
• Ability to deliver organized, clear communication while assisting in accountability to the stated goals
• Must be a collaborator that is willing/able to take the lead, execute, and support team members under specified circumstances without much supervision
• Smartsheet experience is a must

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00
