Job Title: Operations Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to develop and improve operational efficiencies to achieve strategic goals. This role involves planning, implementing, and sustaining processes, as well as allocating resources and materials to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate and manage outside teams, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve operational efficiencies for overall strategic goals and ensure processes are planned, implemented, and sustained.
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines and forecast operational trends and analysis.
• Provide coordination and management for outside teams.
• Coordinate and run calls and meetings, set agendas, and schedules.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met.
• Integrate pre-developed software systems into our business.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate individuals and groups.
• Ability to produce actionable results.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Technical expertise in setting agendas and schedules in various industries based on project type.
• Ability to deliver organized, clear communication while assisting in accountability to stated goals.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of taking the lead, executing, and supporting team members with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a must.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in the ACE (Architecture, Construction, and Engineering) industry is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position. You will be working with a growing company that aims to expand by 10 people in 2025. Local work is involved, and there is an in-house design team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00
